The Art of Stress and Overdoing

I know I am not the only in the world that tries to get a million things done, play with their cell phone, watch their Facebook account, eat healthy, exercise, take care of the grandchildren, volunteer, work their job, and have a healthy relationship with their partner.,y the list goes on. I remember thinking I only wish there were more hours in the day. Oh, the places we go in our mind. All of this brings me to exhaustion.

These days I lay in bed longer (bed time around 9:30-10) but sleep less.
